Our guided archery and shotgun turkey hunts are on private land in the Pine Ridge area of Western Nebraska. This is Merriam turkey hunting country!
With the experience of our knowledgeable hunting guides and your willingness to go the extra mile, be patient, and diligently call, you can improve your chance for success tremendously. In fact, on average our turkey hunters have been harvesting two birds per hunter — including one hunter who wrestled his wounded gobbler to the ground... true story!
On an archery or shotgun turkey hunt with Alcorn’s, you’ll get 3 days with an experienced guide, comfortable lodging at our remodeled 1930’s barn, home-cooked meals, plus transportation to and from the hunt site.
Spring and fall dates are available, and you can always add to the excitement by combining your turkey hunt with one of our upland game bird hunts, predator hunts, or deer hunts at a special rate.

Nebraska’s turkey season dates are:
Spring Turkey: March 25th – May 31st
Fall Turkey: Sept. 15th – Jan. 31st
